Create meeting minutes effortlessly for GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is a web-hosted service designed and developed by LogMeIn. It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software package that enables the user to meet with other computer users, customers, clients or colleagues via the Internet in real time.
Before the meeting begins, click the record icon in the top bar of the Viewer or Grab Tab. Ensure that you have at least 5GB of storage. Only organizers and co-organizers can record any meetings, you will need to ask them to record the meeting if you are just attending the meeting.
The recoding icon will show, all attendees will see a notification that the session is being recorded.
Stop your recording by clicking the Stop your recording icon. You can just end the session and stop the recording that way too. If you are saving your recordings to the cloud you can access the recordings here. If you are recording locally then you can download the recording of your meeting by going to the "Meeting history" section in GoToMeeting.
If you have an account: Log into you Go Transcribe account here. Otherwise create an account here Once into your Go Transcribe account, simply click "Upload File", ensure that the right language is set, then "Choose File". After this go to "My Documents", and click on the folder and select the recording of the meeting you would like to transcribe.
