How long does the transcription take?
Most files are transcribed in minutes. In general, Go Transcribe can process an hour of audio or video in less than the duration of the file, depending on length and current system load.
Which languages does Go Transcribe support?

What happens if I use up my plan's included hours?
Every monthly plan includes a set number of transcription hours each month (10 on Lite, 25 on Pro, 50 on Business). If you need more, additional transcription is billed at your plan's discounted hourly rate. With Pay As You Go there is no monthly limit; you simply pay for the minutes you use.
How secure is the payment process?
We use Stripe as our secure payment provider. All sensitive payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
How accurate is the transcription?
We use industry-leading speech recognition to deliver highly accurate transcripts. Clear recordings give the best results, and you can review and edit the text in our online editor.
Do I need a subscription to use Go Transcribe?
No. You can use Pay As You Go and only pay for the minutes you transcribe, or choose a monthly plan if you have regular transcription needs. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
